The restoration of the natural environment surrounding the Besòs River as a public space for local residents and outdoor activities created the need to manage park access and information safely.

In addition, changing weather conditions and potential incidents could lead to situations requiring immediate and coordinated communication. It was therefore necessary to implement a solution capable of updating alerts and restrictions in real time, helping to protect users and respond to any eventuality.
